Shipping & Returns

Outerama.com will process online orders upon credit card verification. It is our policy not to ship orders to PO Boxes or third party addresses. For special order handling, please call our Customer Service Number.

We will ship orders via USPS or UPS and provide each customer with a tracking number, via email. (Since some email providers are more sensitive than others please check your spam filter, if you do not receive this information within 48 hours of placing an order.)

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your merchandise to OUTERAMA within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed. All items must be returned in original condition, with all original packing material. Failure to return all packaging materials may delay or prohibit a refund.
